Yes. The 55 mm tool table height and extended 11.8" travels make it fully compatible with axial and radial live tools for milling, drilling, and tapping. Combined with full C-axis interpolation, the GT-30L MAX becomes a complete mill-turn center capable of producing complex parts done-in-one.
Absolutely. Both the GT-30 Mini and the GT-30L MAX are equipped with robust 1-HP axis motors and a powerful 5-HP servo-drive spindle, allowing them to power through difficult alloys while consistently holding extremely tight tolerances.
The state-of-the-art GSK CNC control utilizes the same industry-standard G-code commands as Fanuc. Machinists transition to it effortlessly. Fanuc controls are also available for shops that prefer them.
